PennYo is the premier Chinese a cappella group at the University of Pennsylvania. Founded in 2002, they have toured around the U.S. and Asia on 3 international tours, performing an ever-changing repertoire of songs that they select and arrange themselves. They have covered a variety of artists, from Mandarin rock singers to Cantonese pop stars, and even Korean hit bands and Japanese performers in 4 studio albums. Their goal is to bring a facet of our Chinese musical culture to the United States, and then to the rest of the world. They have been on 3 international tours, produced 4 studio albums, and have directed and produced 2 music videos! PennYos first Quad A was in 2011, and they will be participating in this years as well!
